24-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancel any booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle arrival and receive a full 100% refund — no questions asked, no fees deducted.
Refund Processed in 24 Hours
Approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours of your cancellation request. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable — by then, a chauffeur has been assigned and has blocked their schedule for your journey.
No-Show Policy
If the chauffeur arrives and the passenger does not appear within the complimentary waiting period (60 min at airports, 15 min elsewhere), the full fare is retained.
Free Booking Modifications
Need to change date, time, pickup, or vehicle class? Modify free of charge with 24+ hours notice. Fare differences for upgrades are billed at modification time.
Our Guarantee
If Majestic Motion is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to an operational failure on our side, a full refund is guaranteed regardless of timing, plus priority rebooking at no cost.
